Well as some may know Tyler (vlassy) and I are going together on a turbo build for the hell of it.

This is what we got so far.
-80# inj for e85
-Weisco 8:5:1 forged pistons .20 over
-L26 heads (will be ported soon)
-130# crow cam springs
-Trans w/ 1inch chain and EP LSD w/ 300m input & 3250 ATI stall
-Holden upper/lower intake from Australia
-L36 camaro valve covers for breather support
-Solid trans mount
-ARP head studs
-Aluminum intake gaskets
-Reusable rocker bolts
-Cometic head gaskets

Things to get still
-L32 rods
-Custom cam from ZZP 577/574 lift
-Double roller (
-Custom headers made from local speed shop
-PT6766 Precision Ball bearing turbo
-Aeromotive 340lph fuel pump from local speed shop
-Vacuum distribution block from local speed shop
-Front mount heat exchanger
-ARP rod bolts.
-oh and a car.

Im sure there is more that i am missing but this is what i could think of at the time.

Where did you get that LSD from??? I've been wanting one for awhile but don't wanna fork out the cash for a torsen diff.... i'm cheap. And now would be a perfect time to upgrade since I got the drivetrain out the car.

I'm confused, why do you have a heat exchanger? Wouldn't it be more efficient to go with a FMIC? Pardon me, I'm really stupid when it comes to gassers *blushes*

I wonder how much that thing is worth. I also wonder if it would have similar failure problems as the Intense model, since they are both clutch based.

Parts list looks like a beast for a build.. I honestly think you'll make good power without overhauling the whole block with different pistons and what not. I never see huge HP numbers out of really over-modified blocks, only their for sale threads months later! =)

Well that diff held at 433whp.. But we clearly are going to surpass that number.

the only reason im changing the pistons is because i got a H*LL of a deal on them.. ;)

pay attention to what he said, EP diff...engineered performance. Dave charges 600 for them and they are legitimate clutch style diffs. Not like intenses bastard child.

^intense-racing.com. known for there shitty pcm that cause tranny problems and a few other parts that destroyed a few cars. Basically he means the company that was listed is a good company and doesn't have the bed rep like intense. :P

He means it's better than intenses lsd that seemed to get worse every revision.

Exactly... This is the order I'd choose an lsd...
1.) EP
2.) QUAIFE
..... nothing else. I don't like picking up pieces of a differential on the road. I'm not saying I hate intense or I'm ragging them, but anyone will agree with me that those lsd's were complete pieces of shit. EP is a legitimate clutch style with a set preload to where it won't grenade itself when in action.

Like I said... I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH INTENSE.. I would purchase from them in a heartbeat.. I have spoken with John and plenty of the other employees countless times and I love their customer service. All im saying is, that when they were making them, all three times they were built they were terrible and didn't last too long.

Yeah, John's a good guy. With my pcm, John just reflashed it with HPTuners.
