I have been running a Cartuning performance kit for 25,000 miles now without issue but, today the potential in the kit was revealed. I ended up with a low boost setting of 8.8 PSI at 254 HP and 357 ft-lbs. Then for high boost 14.2 PSI 300 HP and 386 ft-lbs. This should be about the max for the 60 lbs/hr injectors the car has now due to the fact that our PCM is only set-up to read 50 kPA or around 7.5 PSI of boost. Anything above this mark and its a best guess as to the adjustment. Just thought I'd post this as fair warning for anyone considering going turbo. Without a return style fuel system this will be the theoretical ceiling. If anyone has questions let me know and I'll answer to the best of my ability. Many thanks to Brain at Dyno Tune Motorsports I left his shop with a sweet tune and a ton of new information.

42lbs injectors are good for around the 400HP. Rodman is on the ball with the MAF.

I plan to run a return line and boost reference regulator on mine to get over the return line problem.

FWIW mtsman put down 557hp in his turbo regal on 65lbs injectors.

I also have an LT1 MAF 14 PSI put the injector duty cycle at 91%. Since its a daily driven car I didn't want to push it any higher than 14. I wouldn't want to push 42 lbs injectors to 400 whp without the return line. If i ever have the urge for more power Brain said 80 lbs injectors with a return system and running E85 is good for right at 560-580HP. If its availible in your area it might be worth looking into.
