Scanner software i've been working on and off the pass few months. Totally free to download and use, and everything is text based CSV files for editing things so nothing is hidden.

Works with the AVT 838 / 841 / 843 (Powrtuners are 838/841)
843 is basically an 841, but uses an ethernet connection. Which is kinda neat as I was able to scan a PCM that was on an offboard 1.5hrs away from me. Instead of using a serial emulator, it will just do straight native tcpip comm to it.

Eventually be adding some other hardware support sometime in the future. Original serial based HPT I have mapped out, just need to sit down one day and get my act together to get it added.
