Hi all,
I have a 2005 GP that was a base model that I put in the L32. I have a overkill pcm,SLP cat back,Wizaird,MSD,GEN V,AL 104's,ZZP Shift kit,3.5,Powerlog. I am getting a ton of KR around 4500 rpm's. The car seems to stop gaining rpm's at that point and I can hear what sounds to be the rockers "clattering",poss valve float though I have never heard it so I am not sure. Car has plenty of power up untill that point. I let it shift and then get back into it and its fine until 4500 again then the same thing. Not sure if a bad cat can do this because I hear what sounds to be the crap inside the cat rattling when I give it some gas. Any help would be great. Thank you. BY THE WAY I AM NEW TO TUNING

Your running way rich....your fuel trims look like its adding to much fuel when at WOT. Hmmm maybe check for a VAC leak and reset the fuel trims and scan again.

do you have your BBV bottom hose off ? i had this same problem after my tune.....put the hose back on and wah lah shyt ton less knock.....the pcm needs to limit boost to help fight knock.....dunno why i tried this....

what about the down pipe? I'm tryin to battle KR right now. Getting high spikes up to like 6.4*. I have K&N intake with functional ram air hood, 3" DP, and 2.5" exhaust.

It was likely hitting the sway bar.

One Big Ass Mistake America

I had to flip my sway bar a few weeks ago....the flange where my ZZP headers & the DP connected was hitting my sway bar bad. It actually flattened a part of the sway bar.

I replaced the stock dp with a 3" dp. I was hearing rattling in my old converter so i am geussing it was shot. Nothing was hitting the swaybar and there is even more room now

should get poly round and square mounts and a solid motor mount...i have headers with an unflipped SB and no contact for me
