just found this site that sells a chip you can put in your car that says it will give you 50+ horsepower, 50+ tourque and 3-6+ MPG? anyone have one of these and knows that it works? Heres the site:

from what i can tell they work just like the rest of them. essentially it acts as a resistor tell your computer that your getting constant 30-50 degree (depending on the "chip") intake temperature which causes your engine to input more fuel and you actually end up running rich. in all reality they are bad for your engine and do not really do anything. you might get 15HP if your lucky. your tricking your engine into working harder which is not smart. hope this helped let me know if you have any more questions.

btw i am going to school for engineering and we covered these in both my circuits and thermodynamic classes...lol

I bought one when I first got my gp it actually f**ked my car up... I would be driving then all of a sudden have no power and I would have to reset the car... I screwed with my MAF sensor is all it did. Pure garbage I think
