Am I thinking straight here? For example at

KPA 0
Stock msec/gram= 227.69
Stock injectors 36 lbs/hr
New injector 65 lb/hr

36/65= .553xxxxxxx or 55.3%

227.69 x .553 = 125.91257

65lb injector msec/gram = 125.91257

NOW for the e85 kink where I am confusing myself by overthinking this.

125.91257 x .30 (30%) = 37.773771

Am I

A). Adding the 37.773771 to the 125.91257 (= 163.686341 msec/gram)
OR
B). Subtracting 37.773771 from 125.91257 (= 88.138799 msec/gram)

I believe it is A. This will make the PCM think the injectors are 30% smaller so it will alter IPW, therefore sending the 30% additional fuel the e85 requires? Having bad flooding issues at 1st start up.

Yes you are correct with (A)

my buddy has a XP cammed gtp with full tuned for e85 and he has the same issue with it at idle as you are...He mention something about his performance enrichment i will have to talk wit him to clarify.

On HPTuners a lower value means more flow rate... So a flow rate of 10 would end up being 7 (for the 30% fuel increase) for example...

If you are still having flooding issues then it is the other way around for DHP as well.
