I had my laptop ripped off about a month ago. I just got a new one and it has Windows 7. I am trying to set up my powrtuner on the laptop and I am unable to register the interface. It gets about 75% done and then gives me an error "unable to communicate with interface". I have the baud rate set right and I went into the Keyspan assistant and set those setting. The keyspan is giving a solid light when communicating and I have a blinking red light on the powrtuner so it has power. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
