The transmission in my GP has gone out and it's going to the shop soon for a complete rebuild. When I get it back I plan to install a shift kit and possibly invest in an Overkill PCM. Forgive me if this has been answered in another thread already but I have a question or two about the Overkill PCM. My GP does not feature a DIC with the ability to toggle between normal and performance shift modes. Is it possible to replace my current DIC with one that has the ability to toggle between the two shift modes? If so, how difficult is it to replace? Simple plug and play? Would I have to do any splicing? Also, is the performance shift mode required at all to 'unlock' all that an Overkill PCM has to offer? If replacing the DIC isn't possible, is there a way to wire up a button that would toggle between the two shift modes?

Thanks in advance!

-Stephen

one perf shifts button is on the shifter (if your car has it) and two a tuned PCM basicly has perf. shift on all the time.
