I had my car reprogrammed for the Navigation system to work. Will getting a PCM mess me up or not?
Thanks.

The PCM should not have any of this information in i dont think. There should be another (brain) in the car for that information i may be wrong.

^ BCM maybe? (Body Control module) That's where the odometer reading is stored, anyway, rather than in the speedo cluster like most vehicles. Im sure the BCM has plenty of other useful info in there somewhere

It was probably the BCM that was programmed for the navigation, replacing the PCM won't be a problem.
