when you say no power, you mean nothing works, no lights, radio, etc? or no power as in the car drives but is very slow?
I would: remove negative battery terminal, install overkill pcm, connect negative battery terminal. Turn key forward to "run" position. Plug in a scanner and check for codes, clear any codes then start the car.

Thanks guys. I had tried that and - no pump. But today I jumped the pump and it ran so I went back in the other direction. Figured cleaning out the TB had done something and it turns out I had several codes thrown. Once cleared, she started right up. So i'm figuring that the comp saw mixtures that it couldn't make sense of and basically leaned down the injectors to nothing at all. Wouldn't let it start until the codes were removed. A new one for me and now I know better.

How long have you had the PCM? I heard that "Overkill" Will has been hard to get ahold of for quite some time...

Post the code and description if you can!! It really helps to know what codes are present.

Lots questions need answers too, how long has the pcm been in your car? Did you just perform any maintenance? Did you just install anything recently?(other than the pcm, see question1) What warning came up on the DIC? Hard to help with just "and now the car is stuttering and seems to shift really hard also seems to be a problem with the pcm and i have no idea whats going on"

ive got an 05 overkill pcm in my 06 and every day or 2 when i turn the car on all the gauges dont work, messages on the little disply about... u just name it its there lol... i turn the car off for about a minute open the door to get it the power completely out... then turn it back on and she's alive again! overkill already replaced the pcm for me once... and he had no clue y its doin that.. and i didnt care :S
first time this happened to me was driving on the highway... it was a 450km drive with no life between the 2 cities! i was doin like 130 and all giages shut off messages on the display, i was scared shitless! but i unpluged the battery and plugged it back in and everythin was fine...
