I ordered HPtuner 3/12. I asked when it would ship and got this back:

We utilize a 3rd party production house in California for production and shipping. All of our products are built to order and shipments are leaving our shipper 5-7 weekdays (on average) after confirmation of payment and shipments are UPS Ground. We are not able to expedite an order.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to your address that is on file. We also will not know the serial number of the unit until you register it.

I'm not very happy with the response. For the amount of money to tune a car it's pretty lame.

EDIT: I did get a ship notice "Item will ship in the next 3 to 5 business days" as I was writing this. Still not happy with that. Just pointing out that these tuners are not stocked items, so don't expect it to ship until 2 weeks after placing an order.

That's the norm with tuners. Some people had to wait over a month for a PowrTuner. I was one of the lucky ones. Charles had just recieved a fresh shipment of modules so I got mine within 2-3 weeks IIRC.

I waited 2 months for my PT as well, but it only took 1 week to receive my HPT. I placed the order on a Friday and received the tuner the following Friday.

Hey Stonewall, have you received the tuner (or a tracking number) yet?
