Okay just reading up I've learned a little bit about KR but still have a few questions. I just bought an 02 GTP and was thinking bout getting a pulley etc. (and the upgrades needed to do it), but how do you know if you have KR and how do you fix it etc?

You need to buy a KR Gauge or a Scan Tool
You can also buy tuning software, that will have scanning software included

Make a signature that lists your mods, or a link to them.
People will be able to give you more help knowing what you're working with.
Also, knowing where you're from may help if someone local can give you a hand scanning your car.
