how do you delete codes from the pcm. will i have to do a rewrite afterwards or can i just delete them from the pcm and be done.

You using HPT? If so, theres a check-mark next to all DTC's that will set the dash light on. Simply uncheck the ones that you don't want to show. Rewrite the PCM and done.
