I bought a used tuner and I can't get it to connect it keeps saying unable to connect to interface. I am using the keyspan with it and downloaded the version 1.2.4 and the keyspan driver from gmv6pcm.com and still have no luck. Red light on PT is blinking as well as the green light on the keyspan. Please help I want to start using this and i can't figure it out. i will try anything. Thanks

And the problem was??? Did you select the wrong port# when you first started your PT s/w? Not that I have a problem with my setup but I thought that this tread would be more useful if someone searching actually had a resolution to your issues that you were having. ;-)

he did not have the keyspan driver installed and did not have the COM port selected that the keyspan was using. After getting the driver installed and the com port selected it was able to register the interface.
