anybody ever use or know if this is a good scanner and if this can read parameters like KR etc.?

I know this is an old post, however, I own a Innova 3160 scanner (includes GM ABS DTC's) and yes, it DOES read KR as well as LTFT, STFT, ECT, MAP, Timing Advance and a few others. It also indicates if you will pass emissions, once you warm-up the car. I find it worth the $200.
