Okay, it's been asked for, begged for, & taken for granted...

I've talked with many people, and they think this file will help everyone, and should be available.

I hope this can be made sticky or something.
I also hope that anyone that uses this software takes a few minutes and THANK EDDIE for this fine program!

I'll upload it to my domain, I just haven't installed an FTP on this computer yet.

Cool! I just noticed this sticky :)

Here ya go, an updated link to the web page...

http://www.theblattners.com/projects/ta ... fault.html

I'll be adding HPT support soon, so you guys with an HPT won;'t be left out. I already use it for MAF tuning, but haven't added VE or spark tuning with HPT yet.

oh ok. so as long as you have a .bin file you can edit it and throw it back in a pcm? i guess if i can find a friend to scan my car with a powertuner and he e-mails me the .bin file i can edit it and have him put it back in my pcm. makes sense

For him to scan your car with a PowrTuner he'd be in it...
If he has a PowrTuner he most likely had downloaded this tool.
Either way, if you haven't be tuning your car, you'd have no idea what to do with the software

Eddie made some great tuner support programs. I've been using this one since it was created. I was also one of the lucky few to get a copy of his "Tiny Tuner" before Charles made him stop. It added extra tables to the 04+ bins that we had been asking Charles to add for years but he never did. At least until he saw that someone else knew how to do it. Then he finally added the tables in the last version of the PT. I think Eddie helped with that too.

You need the "Tuner" no matter what software you use...
Without the "Tuner" you can't upload/download your BIN from your car...
As far as "Better Off", if you need to ever tune something that isn't a W-body you may be right
If you just want to tune W-body cars, 1 charge (Buy DHP Tuner) and you're good to go.
HPTuners you have to pay for each car, or each year you want to tune, that can get expensive!

It was for 04+ GP's that needed tables like AE Enrichment that the PT didn't have. You still needed the PT to upload the changes.

I lost it when my old laptop died.
