I swapped my new engine into my car, along with a new PCM for a L67. Do I need to do a CASE learn?

Should be fine just driving it home, but I wouls suggest an alternate form of transportation until you get that CASE learn done, just to be safe. iirc, doesn't CASE learn have something to do with the crankshaft positioning and when the engine is told to produce spark for a specific cylinder?

Is the PCM you're using from the engine you're using? If so, you will not need the CASE learn. If not, do it.

I would do one just to make sure everything is setup correctly. I do them with my aeroforce gauge.
