This comes with software to use with your laptop over Bluetooth

It also can be used with this app on my Moto Droid:

Free app listed under dev's other apps

It says it logs, and you can email them, view on phone, or I'm sure move to laptop by USB
I think I might pick it up to check it out.
It has a HUD setting, you place the phone on the dash and it mirrors data so you can see it in the windshield.

can also be used with the iphone (lol, fastkatt) via an app called Rev Lite (it's free too

well i just ordered one of the ebbay wireless obd plugins, ill let you guys know how it works on an android. My laptop doesnt have bluetooth, yet.

You should order a USB Bluetooth Dongle...
You can find them on eBay for under $20
