You can change the shift RPM

It's there, cause I had to lower mine for the same reason. It's been a long time since I messed with the tuner, so I can't recall exactly where to find it.

Unless it's a parameter that's not avaliable for the year model you are trying to tune.

That's not the one. That table will cut fuel flow at the set RPM. Fuel should never be cut no matter what RPM you are at. Talk about a quick way to blow an engine. That's one of the tables that is preset in the 1.5 bin file from DHP to keep fuel from being cut.

If you lower that table, instead of shifting, his fuel will shut off at that RPM.

These are the tables you are looking for:

1st_to_2nd_Drive2_Normal_Line Drive-2 1st to 2nd gear upshift shift line table
1st_to_2nd_DriveLow_Normal_Line Drive-Low 1st to 2nd gear upshift shift line.
1st_to_2nd_DriveLow_URBAN_LINE Drive-Low urban 1st to 2nd gear upshift shift line table
1st_to_2nd_Hot_Normal_Line Hot normal 1st to 2nd gear upshift shift line.
1st_to_2nd_HOT_RPM_Shift Engine speed threshold for a 1-2 hot detent upshift
1st_to_2nd_HOT_WOT_Shift Hot detent 1st to 2nd gear upshift shift point.
