Hello, after replacing the 4th gear shaft, clutch pack, pressure control solenoid, shift improver kit, i still have no 4th gear. The trans works great in 1st thru 3rd but this no 4th thing has got me stumped. I bought the car (01 GT) with 113k on the clock. Drove it and figured out the trans was screwy. Did alot of reading to figure out the problem. The computer wasnt throwing any codes but i went for the parts that i listed above and when i tore it apart, sure enough they needed r&r'd. Now im back to where i started. Anyone have any idea of what it could be? Im hearing its electrical at this point, but from what i was reading, the 1-2 solenoid controls the 3-4 shift (with the 2-3 solenoid off). if the solenoid is workin from 1st to 2nd, why wouldnt it go from 3rd to 4th?
