My Triple Edge Trans has been in my car for years. Not so much as the slightest problem. I don't drive my car much, but when I do it usually takes a beating. It's a tough love relationship. haha. Anyway, no one would ever touch the trans in my GTP, or my wife's GTP, except for Dave, period. He is extremely knowledgeable and his transmissions are top notch.

I will say that I know Dave personally from BGPM, him visiting my house for a few get togethers, and many phone calls and emails. He is a great guy and a great friend. Friend or not, if I had anything other opinion on his transmissions besides them being the best available, I would say so.

Where do you have a say in it? You do not have his tranny OR do you even have a high HP grand prix.....take a good long look at your dyno numbers there DOUCHE! you more than likely have a stock tranny with sweet flipped motor mounts. He asked you nicely not to post and your being a DOUCHE BAG and post anyway. Please do us all a favor and drive your car into a POLE!! yes a POLE!! a big one so you dont miss!

thanks

^I really wish this moron would go sit in the middle of a busy intersection and do everyone a favor. Which part of "KEEP YOUR IGNORANT,MIS-INFORMED COMMENTS TO YOURSELF" do you not understand, Ben?!?

Dave is one of the best, if not THE best, sources to go to for transmission parts or just advice. He is an excellent, TRUSTWORTHY person to deal with and his track record speaks for itself. He'll even BS with you over the phone and help you with any questions you may have, regardless of whether or not it has anything to do with "profit." I was unfortunately not able to purchase a TEP trans from him due to shipping costs added to labor as well, but I got a local shop here to do a performance build on my transmission and Dave was nice enough to take time out of HIS busy schedule to help ME, a customer he would not even be making profit off of in the end, and provided me with a parts list of upgraded internal trans parts that I would need to match the quality and reliability of his transmission builds. I felt horrible even wasting his time with my questions when he could be spending that time taking orders or working on projects for PAYING customers, but he helped me anyway. And the profit is going to someone else besides him. You think someone who "doesn't deal well with customers and doesn't know a trans from a hole in the wall", according to Ben, would go through all this trouble just to help me? Nuh uh. I don't know where you get your information from, Ben, but you're full of shit, plain and simple. Dave is the best, and if you need anything transmission related I would recommend him above ALL others.

wow, i take it back, you may possibly have a shred of common sense in that empty space between your ears

I was planning on getting one from him as well, but the shipping cost of getting it and then sending back my old tranny was a little more than I could afford at the time.

You CAN NOT go wrong with Dave for anything. He is a great guy, builder, enthusiast, friend, and customer service provider! I spoke with Dave on the forums and had the great pleasure of meeting him at BGPM. I own a Triple Edge Performance transmission w/ one of his high performance converters myself and have been to Dave's to see him work, as well. A great asset to the GP community and a valued member of this and other forums. His products, service, work, knowledge, and ethic are top notch. I wish he was closer, so I could visit more frequently and give him more business.

Ignorant, bitter, and uninformed 19SE92 is still actually not banned from every forum yet??? I speak poorly of very few, but my God, please meet the nearest immovable object at high speed please.

This is my last post in here i've proven dave the so called trans god wrong on almost every piece of info he's posted. So like I said before if you want to spend the cash and have it done right then go to a vendor that has numbers and track tested cars to get a trans or if you want to go on a wing and a prayer then go with tep.... The choice is yours.

Please show me the posts where you have proven him wrong. I still want to know why you didn't rebuild your own tranny. Why don't you just quit spouting off your stupidity.
