04 GP GT2, just recently when i accelerate from say a stop light my car jumps and then is fine. it's becoming more and more frequent. I'm afraid it's my transmission going out, but im not positive and was wondering what you guys thought.

if it is going out what's the cheapest way to get that fixed?

OR

is it possible to put a transmission (with the manual override) from the GTX in my car? or would that be way to much of a pain and expensive?
