well....i rebuilt the trans about 4 months ago....all the good stuff....and about a month ago it started not shifting right i.e. would wind out when shifting...when barely on the gas.....i have a trans temp gauge and as soon as it hits the 100* mark it shifts perfect....will bark the tires going into 3rd like it would in the begining...shifts nice and firm any ideas?

check fluid.. same problem my bro was having with his monte.. once the fluid warmed up, it must have expanded enough for the tranny to shift right or somethin..

Check the fluid level, and maybe change the filter, too. A trans has to "wear in" some, too.
