After taking a sharp trun to the left and back to the right my car had no throttle. I took the turns at about 25-30, wasn't to outta control, but it was enough to be fun! But during/after the truns the car had no throttle re. It revved up went no where with it until things settled down. This is the 2nd time it happened. The first time it happened I flipped a U at about the same speed.

Check your trans fluid. My 97 GTP did this sometimes too so I consulted my cousin who I refer o as THE tranny god. He said it seems like its not picking up the fluid in the pan when it moves to the side. SO I added like a quart more fluid and problem solved, but only way to tell is check.

And to check tranny fluid. First remove dip-stick and wipe it off then set it aside. Second: run car through ALL gears from P-1 and back to P then put car in nuetral and check fluid level by re-inserting dip-stick then that should let you know.

This procedure should be done with the vehicle RUNNING.

DO NOT CHECK THE TRANS FLUID IN NETURAL THATS ONLY IN DODGES run through the gears with the car hot and park in a level area and with the car in park check fluid it says this on my 02's dip stick.

Over long periods of time some fluid can seep out of the seals very slowly. It's almost normal.
