I have a 2006 Pontiac GP GT. It is supercharged.

Which diameter torque converter do I have? How can I confirm?

245mm or 258mm?

The supercharged engines use the bigger torque convertor...the naturally aspirated engines used the 245mm.

Not a problem. Some guys will run the lighter and smaller unit on the supercharged engines. It holds up just fine, but has a higher stall speed, IIRC, and weighs about eight pounds or so less. At engine speed, that can be a big savings.
