Hey guys, pretty new to this forum. I just installed new spark plugs and wires on my 2005 Grand Prix last weekend. I took the advice I found here and removed the dogbones and pushed the car forward and set the ebrake so I could get to the rear plugs easier. Everything went great and the new plugs are in, but after I was done I noticed a fairly large puddle of transmission fluid on the floor and it was dripping from the transmission cooler lines where they mount to the bottom of the transmission. Once I undid the ebrake and reinstalled the dogbones, the leak stopped (as far as I can tell) and I haven't seen any more puddles under the car. My first question is, Did I screw something up? Second, Is there anything I can do to the cooler lines to help them seal better or should I just order new GM cooler lines? I would greatly appreciate some advice. Thanks!

if for some reason you pushed it too far forward you could have broken a plastic line, or the radiator. you shouldnt of had to roll the engine that much.

Might have disrupted it enough for the line to leak. Those lines are no more than $20 at the dealer. I would replace the leaker. I had this happen to one of my lines in the spring.
