But...did all the 04+ GP's come with 4t65e trannys? Only difference is whether they are HD or not? Which cars had the 4t60 tranny's? 4t80 tranny?

All 04+ GP's have the 4T65. 4T60 was used until 97 IIRC in some models. 4T80 wasn't used in any as far as I know.

1997-2008 Supercharged: 4T65E-HD
These are for W-Bodies (Impala, Monte, GP, Intrigue, Regal)

Northstar V8's used the 4T80-E
(Aurora, Bonnie GXP, Cadillac)
