I looked at 2nd post for "test lamp" from gm service link. I actually thought it is for dealership tool which I don't have it.

I never knew we can do that ourselves. Just learn something new. Again it is my first blown fuse. Now, I know what to do in future :)

Do I need start engine and check fuse as test? Just wonder. Look nice product. Add that in my garage toolbox in wish list :)

No need to start the engine, just turn the key to the "On" position so the dash indicators light up, then test your fuses. Some fuses feed power to other fuses, so you should check all of them. Most 12 volt circuit testers (test lights) sell for $5-$10.

Thanks for tip on clock. This morning the clock was dead on way to work. Around 40 minutes later, all sudden the clock came back to alive. I'm confused. It might be loose which I hope so. I will see how long it will last. Sadly, I didn't do that. Shop fix for me. I wish I knew but next time I will get test fuse lamp in future. ;)

For the clock you can solder in a new bulb or buy a replacement like this.

Write up to replace the bulb.

My dashboard was like that in my 92 Cutlass. Had to hit it constantly.

It is call BTSI fuse. It is under the glove box (pass side). Pull the fuse cover out and it has sticker for where is BTSI fuse.

I see I was cleaning old pictures out from photobucket to decrease the too much pictures. Sorry.
