That's what the driven sprocket rides on. The output shaft goes through the inside of that.

The technical term I believe is "input housing assy" the input and 3rd clutch packs are in the big end of the assy. indeed the driven sprocket is installed on the splines pictured.

That sucks, looks expensive.

Ahhh...there's your problem. It's the internal rotator cuff spline crank external shaft lockout sprocket synchronizer gear pin mechanism. Real technical term :mrgreen:

Got her back an feels amazing! Is there a break in period or anything i should do.? i havnt gone over 3k rpm or any fast launches. was told to put like 300 miles on it before opening her up!

I wouldn't be unnecessarily rough on it, but after making sure everything feels good for a a few hundred miles you can probably do some "spirited" driving.

Break in period is roughly 500-1000 miles and then change the tranny oil and filter again. Should be good to go after that.
