I was driving around and this has been happening for a while sinice summer but i wanna put a end to it my car got 233 kms on it seems alot but the body seems new and so now its starting to grind and wine i dont know i put lucus smother shifter and for hard shifting in it in December seems to have helped but only for some time do u think i should flush but new oil and mix it with lucus smother shifting ? i want to make it last as long as i can i kno the k's prove its gunna die but any thing i can do to help the car ?

A little bit of a whine isn't a terrible thing, but grinding is. Are you talking about the kind of grind like when you grind gears in a manual transmission, or what?

grinding as in hard shifting sorry for my way of putting my wording together hard to describe but it wines wat do u think i should do and what can it be

Hard shifting isn't all bad. Are you setting a check engine light? I'd check the fluid level, and possibly do a pan drop, and change the fluid and filter. There is a solenoid that fails in these transmissions, but usually, it sets the P1811 code and trips the check engine light as well.
