I have the code 2761= DTC P2761 Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Solenoid Control Circuit. It is on a 2005. Any ideas on how to get rid of it. I am also unable to turn on the TC the light is always on. I have the aldata and it is telling me to use a certain tool that i do not have access to. Any help would be great. TIA

You need the switch the code is refering to replaced before you can turn the light off.

Its in the trans and it came on because that trans pwm switch was bad or it just went bad here recently

is it hard to change or should it go to a tranny shop. It doesn't seem to effect the performance of the tranny.
