The only problem is both manual trans swaps i've seen can't handle power for sh*t

ie. Getrag 284 out of the 5th gen Grand Prix, and the F40 out of the G6

That's the thread that pretty well details his swap to a 6 speed tranny (out of a G6 I believe I could be wrong though it's been a while since i read it) If it wasn't for the fact that most of the reason I ended up with my GTP was the fact that I needed an automatic I'd probably be gearing up for the same swap myself.

and forgot to mention both axles are the same length so thats why trq steer is not bad in 4t80 cars. and it was a blue 4 door gtp with a n* setup on youtube, he had motor and trans. it sounded mean.
