well i chaged my tranny oil and ofcourse i flushed it with out changing the filter, car only has 59000 KMs (36660 miles) , but now i feel the tranny is slipping sometimes between 1st and 2nd, and when i changed the oil it was real dirty, i called GM up and they said its not supposed to be that dirty at this mileage, so i have exatly 59630 KMs on my ODO and warrantee expires on 60000 KMs and id like to check it b4 warrantee is over, so demoding tonight (hopefully, and im glad i dont have my rockers in yet)
but did that ever happen to anyone b4? any ideas?

Define "flush" first of all. All you really need to do is drop the pan, and change whatever comes out. You should ALWAYS change the filter when you change the trans oil. That does seem odd that it seems to be slipping, though.

for the flush, they hooked up a machine to it to flush it and take all the old oil out and pass the new one through
they didnt drop the pan, it feels like its shifting twice, it slips in first rigth b4 it shifts to 2nd, and sometimes it shifts hard to 2nd

I would bet that the problem is the PCS. That's the dreaded Pressure Control Solenoid that fails in just about all of these transmissions. Mine does something similiar, and I also get the code P1811 with mine.

Gotcha. I have had two transmissions fail after being flushed. Maintained properly, simply dropping the pan and changing the filter is enough. Since you don't have many miles on yours, that's a non-issue.

I would agree with you at this point. Let them know what it is doing, and let them deal with it.

I'm no expert, but my guess is maybe the filter is plugged up. I consider flushing the tranny to be a hit or miss thing; some people have tranny problems after a flush, some don't.

If you note the concern NOW, you SHOULD be OK under warranty.

Some people that have flushed have had tranny problems shortly after. Those of us that just dropped the pan have had better luck.

I would shoot for replacement under warranty.

So ii just finished taking my pulley and pcm out, hopefully tomorrow morning my plugs should be out, i cleaned the MAF and the T-body (that damn thing got some stuborn dirt inside, that wont come out), and hopefully it'll b ready to go in for a drive with the shop foreman. Wish me luck

1) If you get your complaint in their system before the warranty expires, they will acknowledge it.
2) Why is your warranty over at 60k? I thought the powertrain was warranted until 160K or 5 years. Isn't your car younger than 5 years?

Mine is an 06, they started that with the 07's
So i did take the car to GM and they droped the pan, changed the oil and the filter, and the tranny seems OK! but if it craps out again they've got it all documented and the service manager assured me that he'll take care of it if anythin happens

I got the P1811 code three days after getting a flush. I will never get that done to another car of mine for the rest of my life. Only pan drop and filter change from now on.
