I am playing with the idea of 5-speed swapping my '96 sedan. I was wondering if anyone who had done the swap could tell me what car they got their transmission/clutch/flywheel/shifting everything (cables, linkage, shifter, etc.) and so on from, and how they worked the PCM for the swap. I would be retaining my 3100 most likely.

It is a little different, because the first gen w body grand prix had the option of a 5 speed. If you can find a donor from a junk yard, just pull all the parts that you will need, and they will bolt up.
