I'm looking at these cobra rims for sale locally, they are 17x9. I'm not sure if they are too wide, I'm going to find out the offset on these. My car right now is not lowered, stock springs. Would they work?

Ouch, can't say, I mean I'm sure you can run them, how good they'll fit and ride I really can't say.

Thats not really the best offset. Our cars like 35-40mm. I think Brick just got some that stick out just a tad and you may have the same problem with yours.

I just got some S-style wheels that are 18x9 with a 24mm off-set and they stick out just a little here is a pic on how it would look. Also I'm lowered so I guess the answer is yes you can run them if you don't mind your wheels sticking out slightly.

I think it looks good like that, doesnt stick out to much.. I hate when the tire doesnt fill the fender.

I don't know how you guys get away with running tires that stick out like that... Do they not hit your fender when you hit dips?? Since I've lowered my car, mine will rub a bit even after doing a light fender roll. Mine are only 18 x 8.....

I'll still get it to rub even without rear passengers and I don't have anything in the car!

Those rims are 5x114.3 are they not? I was looking at rims for my GXP but to get decent rims I need to use the 5x114.3 instead of the 5x115 pattern. I've heard of people using mustang rims before so I didn't figure that it'd be that big of a deal. Lemme know, thanks
