This may sound like an ignorant question, but how wide can my back tires be without sticking out to to far, just woundering, cause i've seen some cars and the tires stick out hugangus and it's ugly IMO, just wanna know how wide the EXP on here have gone :] lol thanks for your time. -Rob

EDIT:and i've looked :( anyone know if theres a company that will make my stockers bigger radius wise? I'm sure both of these mods will cost, just woundering on how much, how wide, will it fit, ya know, the details lol

and that means the back is 9in wide right? sorry i'm very noobish when it comes to tires i know my rims are 16s and 5x115, that's as far as the knowledge goes haha

P.S. the offset means that the backs bigger than the front right?

Zero Offset - The plane of the hub mounting surface is even with the centerline of the wheel.
Positive Offset - The plane of the hub mounting surface is shifted from the centerline toward the front or outside of the wheel. Positive offset wheels are generally found on front wheel drive cars and newer rear drive cars.
Negative Offset - The plane of the hub mounting surface is toward the back or brake side of the wheel's centerline.
"Deep dish" wheels typically have negative offset or a very low positive offset.
To maintain handling characteristics and avoid undue loads on bushings and ball joints, the car manufacturer's original offset should be maintained when choosing new wheels unless there are overriding clearance issues.
Wheels are usually stamped with their offset using the German prefix "ET", meaning "Einpresstiefe" or, literally, "press depth". An example would be "ET45" for a 45mm offset.

Sortaflush, 0ffset is something  . The smaller the number or negative means more poke, bigger positive number means more tuck. Offset is measured in mm.

Well, let's establish, do you want wider wheel, or just have them stick out towards the fender more? If you get say a 9 inch wheel but keep the same offset as the 6.5", the backspacing will be increased, but the overall poke might not be increased any noticeable amount.

Go to this site and play around with specs and you'll see how offset changes the backspacing on a wider tire. Stock offset is something like 52 I believe.

You really dont want wider tires for the back... Its really needed for the front since the GP is FWD

He could do staggered offset but still have equal wide wheels on all four corners. That's always an option.

Roll the rear fenders or use a stiffer shock in the rear
