For $3000, I think you just found a really nice picture. Who'd buy that?

Someone with a fast turbo-ed or supercharged GP who needs the braking power.

Scott I'm glad you like the rotors. They sure do look nice and stop well, don't they?

heck yeah they do! Much improved look over the originals. I still had a lot of pad life left, but I like to know whats on my car in the brake department. Actually got a better deal than I would have if I would have gone with OEM form AZ. Go figure. less than $45 per rotor total from ebay. I was leery of doing it at first, but since you pioneered the way and were happy with their performance I was sold.

Mal, you are overpaying if you go with the ones that are over 300 bucks!

That's why I bought them, they were such a good deal. Plus I couldn't stand looking at the rusty stock rotors any longer.

Rocket

I think the problem is more with that an 04+ can't use those Baer rotors. I checked autozone and they're listed with the 97-03, but not for the 04+

So it wasn't ignoring you or being disrespectful to you, Mal did just what I did and checked to see and they won't fit. PLUS anytime I hear the word Baer my wallet holds its breath!

That was my fault and i know you weren't being disrespectful. I put in the wrong type of car without even thinking about all of the similarities and differences and I thought the brakes systems on these cars were similar.

r1concepts on ebay........Had slotted rotors on for over 2 years now w/ ceramic pads and still have no warping......

Stay away from drilled/dimpled, they will form stress cracks and you'll need to prematurely get new rotors.....Not only that but less mass to accept heat, and less surface area for friction to stop the car.......because of this slotted and drilled rotors will not last as long as plain rotors under the same conditions

r1concepts does charge an extra $20 per 4 rotors to only do slotted, I think I paid about $220 shipped for all 4
