As the title says, what's the technical name of the part circled in red, and is there a removal in the service manual online for this part? Can it be taken out and put back in without replacing any new seals or anything, or any special tools. Thanks for the help!

The inner is in there as well. The technical name is a tie rod. The inner and outer ends are there.

Now, I should be able to seperate the inner and outer tie rod with ease.. but if I want to take the inner tie rod off, all I should have to do is remove the boot, and unbolt it huh? I just need to move it underneath my power steering line that I put in instead of having it over the power steering line, and it seemed much easier to just remove and reinstall the tie rod than to take off the stupid power steering line again.

It screws in to the rack, if I remember right. If you mess with any of that stuff, you'll need an alignment when it's over. If you need one anyways, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd leave it alone.

Eh I just unbolted the stupid power steering return line again to route it the right way. Talk about a pain in the ass. I know one thing... If any of my friends have a power steering problem.. this guy doesn't know a damn thing about how to fix it.. lol :D

A 3 hour job took me over 2 days, and 6 hours.. I didn't pay attention to how the old one came out.. I just unbolted it and yaked till it broke. Yeah, I'm a dumbass.
