I have a 2004 GP GT and when I accelerate while driving 20mph+ i have a vibration. And can feel it at highway speeds.
I do not feel i in the steering wheel or pedals.
I do not feel it when applying the brakes.
Does this eliminate the front end and brakes?

It feels like a shimmy side to side. Not like wheel hop or any vertical motion.
Should I check trailing arms? Stabilizer bar and links?

Any other thoughts?

Possibly a bad tire.

Just because you can't feel it doesn't necessarily eliminate it. It could be a bad tire, wheel out of balance, bent wheel, bad wheel bearing, bad tie rod ends, bad ball joint, warped rotors, it could be lots of things man. I'd have it checked out by a reputable shop, find out what it is, then fix it yourself.

What sound do you hear with this vibration? I just had one pop up as well and it sounds like it is in the chassis. Start with the simple stuff first and check all of your mounts in the front end (i.e. engine mount, tranny mount, upper motor mounts, etc.) If that is not it, balancing the tires doesn't mean it's not there, it could be a bad band in the tire and the balancing machine won't detect that. From there, could be tie rods, cv axles, etc. I am experiencing a chassis vibration as well and I just moved to Florida where the roads are made out of recycled tires and I just put a new set of rubber on the car as well. Start with the cheap stuff first and move forward. I usually hear mine from 25 mph and gets louder as I increase speed and is not RPM related. More info is needed to help diagnose.

I had a pop in the front area before. It ended up being the a misaligned control arm
