Depends on what kind of problem you want to have. A bad wheel bearing will cause a growl when load is placed on it. Bad sensors will kick off the ABS/TCS/Stability.

A growl?

Hmmm..would this occur when you back up in reverse up a hill? I had a mean ole growl from my right front wheel when I did that last week. And then today as my wife was backing out of the garage I heard a growl too...but my ceramic brakes may have been the culprit on that.

I put a timken on mine, got it from amazon, had to torch the old hub off, was lucky enough not to need a new cv shaft. would growl when turning left as it put load on the right side.
