Well, I'm not too happy with the first response I got back. They said I can paint them to make sure it doesn't rust and that they'd give me a partial amount off of another order. If they don't do something more then that, I won't order anything else from them. I emailed them back saying I thought that they should replace them. I'll let you know what they say.

That's no way to treat a customer. They screwed up and want you to spend more money just to make it seem like they are doing something about it. If someone isn't happy with one of my products, I would fix the problem or give them a refund, not try to make them buy something else at a discounted price.

It's ironic because Mike at the WBS wanted to sell my brackets on his website. We agreed on a price and he asked for my Paypal address, but I never got one penny from him. Maybe he figured I would send him the brackets and he wouldn't have to pay me for them. What a clown that guy is, lol

No kidding. He told me that the zinc plating must have not taken but I can paint them. So that means more work and money for me to keep them up. Paint only lasts so long. If I wanted to paint them, I wouldn't of bought (what I thought were) really good rotors. I paid $149 for the fronts and $119 for the rears plus shipping. I also had a previous order to the site for $350. And planned on doing more. But, we will have to see how they handle this situation.

Holy cow, I paid $149 for all 4 of my zinc plated slotted rotors on Ebay. The W-Body store is a total ripoff! You know I have have never bought one single item from ZZP or W-Body store or any of the other 3800 stores. I buy all my car items from Pace Performance or Ebay.

Well, Mike said that they would replace the rotors. He thought since I already painted the fronts that I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of replacing them. They would of given me a $75 credit since that is what they pay to have the rotors plated. I feel much better now. I'm gonna have them send me new ones.

That's BS, it doesn't cost $75 to zinc plate some rotors. You could probably get them chrome plated for that amount! How could the sellers on Ebay make any money selling the rotors for $150 if they paid $75 to zinc plate them. That Mike is such a tool.....

Well I just placed my order with rotorpros.com. And I should be getting my new rotors by the end of the week. Got all four of them for $220.00, not too bad of a price.

Can't wait to get them, I am in desperate need of some new brakes. I have almost 56,000 miles on the original equipment. I don't have the confidence in my braking abilities right now. So I keep my distance for sure.

i dont mind buying from zzp, only because i get my stuff in 2 days.

paceperformance is 20 minutes from me...i got all my parts for my lim replacement there, and greg took good care of me with the prices AND with the install.

im not impressed with wbodystore at all. bought grills from them and they took like 3 weeks.

wbodystore just told me that my new rotors won't get machined until the end of the month. It's already been three weeks. I don't understand what the hell they are doing. They said they'd now give me $100 (up from the $75 a few weeks ago) or I could wait for my replacement rotors. What a joke!

I got slotted/dimpled ones in silver. I wanted to have something a little fancy, but didn't want to get drilled rotors. So I thought slotted/dimpled would have a sleak look to them.

Can't wait to get them, I have pushed my brakes to the breaking point . 55,682 miles now on the original brakes.

Just got my rotors from rotorpro in the mail today as well. I have gotten all kinds of goodies today . They are the slotted/dimpled style. I will hook up with my friend on Memorial Day, and we will install them. I can't wait to see how the new rotors and Monroe pads work. Anything is better than what I have now, OE and 55750 on them.
