I bought my rear trailing arms in May and just had them put on my the autoshop kids at my high school. I didn't think that they would make a really big difference in handling, but I was willing to try anything to improve on its already nice ride and cornering. I was really wrong. They make a huge difference. Something so simple, yet so easy to do. I would have done it myself, but I don't have a really good jack or a lift. My jack is OK for brakes and tires, but not to do anything where I have to crawl under the car. I'm too paranoid about it faling on me as it is. The rear end stays put through turns now. The RTA'
s only cost me 40 bucks through monsterparts. STUPID of gm not to put them on to begin with. I already have the STB's with DR's Brackets. So the only thing left for suspension would be to upgrade to comp G struts, I think.

Yeah they make a night and say difference another good suspension mod is the gmpp rear sway bar it is the same size as our stock ones but our stock rear sway is hollow this one is solid and you can tell from the weight of it one of those must have suspension mods in my book

how would you rate the installation difficulty of the rear sway bar. i was under the rear of my car yesterday trying to find a exhaust rattle i got, and i was looking at the stock RTA'a and sway bar and the sway bar might be kind of a pain with the way my custom exhaust piping is running. but if there easy enough, might order rta's and sway bar and bang em out in one day.

Irritating but not fully frustrating you can take the mufflers off the hangers in the rear and just let the exhaust hang to ease installation. The hardest part is manuvering it into position.

hmmm, I didn't know our rear sway bar was hollow. I'll have to look into that. I'll order it from monster parts.

Optimus, I don't remember the part number. I got mine from monster parts too. so if you check on their site (use the link on GPONA) you'll find it.
