To all:
Question regarding rear brake upgrade on 04Gp GT2 with 17" OEM rims
(1) If front brakes are upgraded to either GXP or F-body setup can I just upgrade the rear stock rotor to a 12" rotor...and keep everything else the same for the rears.
(2) is there any issues with this...thinking the 12" rotor will fill all the open space inside rims...

You can't just slap a 12 inch rotor on the back and call it a day. The stock calipers won't by over an inch. You'd need to get a GXP rear setup and swap the hubs, calipers, rotors, ebrake cables, etc
