Im looking to bleed my power steering, and I wanted to know which is the return line?
I really dont want to make a mess

The return line is the rubber line held on with a clamp. I think it is near the back of the reservoir sticking out at a 90 degree angle.

3 is the return line, 2 is the feed.

I've done a few PSP replacements, there was no actual "BLEEDING" of the system like you do you with the brakes or clutch.

To remove the air after PSP replacement, you turn the steering wheel from left to right to just shy of the full extents, this will work out all the air.


NOTE:

Remember to replace the "O" ring on the high pressure line to the pump .... I did not see this on the 1st one I did .... everything seemed fine for two-three days and then the pump died. The seals were ruined .... had to start over. :oops:
