what do you mean, as in the highest you can run without hitting the strut or the lowest you can run without rubbing (prerolling the fenders)

Trial and error my friend. There's too many variables from ride height to rim size to really break it down for you. If it's questionable, try it out (if it's an option) otherwise, move on to a more suitable offset

It all depends on if you are going to lower the car as well. The lower the offset the more probability of rolling the fenders. A good range of offset is around +35 to +45.
