How do you guys break in a new set of tires?

Burnouts...

I don't think a regular tire needs a "break in". When I have ordered R Compound race tires I would spend the extra money and have tire rack head cycle them for me so I did not need to break them in.

On the tire rack site I found where it says 500 miles.. Thats like forever.

as said, normal street tires are pretty good to go as mounted.

Pull into your local Walmart parking lot, apply the parking brake and put the accelerator to the floor. Go home rotate the tires, return to Walmart and repeat. ;-)

:d I was going to try that McDonalds tray thing where you do the same thing except you have trays under the back wheels. Anyway i received them this morning. Moda MD6 wheels 18x8" with 235/50 Continental Extreme D&W.
