I know the ID needs to be 70.3mm but I'm not sure of the hub size on those specific wheels.

iv heard if youre careful when you bolt them up (center them over the hub) you dont really need hub-centric rings, but i could be wrong.

get 'em anyhow to be safe?

Try contacting tire rack. They should be able to tell you the bore sze of the wheel. Or you can contact the manufacturer.

If you have the wheels measure the bore size with a dial caliper.

well....technically you don't, but you'll get an annoying vibration like a tire is out of balance. It's next to impossible to center a wheel thats not hub-centric

Yeah lug-centric wheels are nothing but problems. Plus it stresses the studs and they can break off eventually.
