Look at the way the bushings are facing. 90 degrees off from the way it sits in the car. Then you can see 2 holes at the top and the bottom since it is sitting sideways. We are looking right at the channel in the U.

I just got the moog bars on monday and they are indeed hollow. I'm trying to decide if I want to keep them or get the UMI ones. I paid $100 for the moog's compared to $110 for the UMI's...

ok so heres my ?....what about the latteral bars for GXP...will BMR laterals fit? and what about their trailing arms?

well answered my own question....the GXP does have the tubular arms...i checked LOL...so good there...now...the laterals? I see the factory OE type on the car....wondering if the BMR laterals will fit?? it says that the front mount stb bar is only for up to 05...??? i dont know what changed? maybe bolt patern or design??
