So I changed my rear brake pads on my car at the local auto hobby shop here. I used a lift and just did a standard brake pad change. When I then went to take the car out for a drive the car suddenly felt really unstable on the back end. It felt like it was wobbling or something. I thought the back wheel was going to fall off at first so I pulled over and checked to make sure everything was legit and tight. The lug nuts are all tight on it, the tire pressure is fine, I am not sure what is going on with the car? Any ideas?

where did you place the pads for the lift? did you set the rear oen on the rear trailing arm? if so you bent them they can not taker alot of force and bend easy

^^That is what I was thinking as well. The only other thing I could think of would be the rotor isn't pushed fully on to the hub (1 in a million chance it could happen but something may have got caught behind the rotor and prevented it from seating all the way and thus the lug nuts are tight but the wheel is not on flush) and thus would create a wobble effect, but since you only changed pads that doesn't seem very likely.
