Does anyone know the distance between the 2 bolts that hold the caliper to the bracket and also the distance between the 2 bolts that hold the bracket to the car on both the front and rear for the 97-03?

The best advice I can give is to get up under your car and measure from the center of one bolt to the center of the other bolt with a precision scale. It won't be perfect but it should get you close enough to know if it's going to work or not.
